Lost In Labyrinth

Image
Lost Her   A girl  I lost her and myself, In a labyrinth of doubts and fears. I thought I knew the way, But the path disappeared. I called out her name, But there was no reply. I searched through the darkness, But found only goodbye. I lost myself too, In a maze of confusion and pain. I thought I was strong, But I broke like a chain. I called out my name, But it felt like a lie. I searched for the pieces, But found only a sigh. Now I wander alone, In a wilderness of memories and regret. I thought I had it all, But I lost what I can't forget. I call out for redemption, But it's a distant echo in my mind. I search for a new beginning, But it feels like I'm always behind. I lost her and myself, But maybe one day we'll find our way. Until then, I'll keep searching, For the light in the gray.

A Lonely Poet's Pen

Image
Just a tree  I write these words with no clear aim, No destination for this train. For whom I write, I cannot say, No guiding light to lead the way. Perhaps a stranger passing by, Will catch a glimpse and wonder why, These lines were penned and left to find, A reader with an open mind. Or maybe someone close to heart, Will stumble upon this work of art, And recognize the hidden voice, That speaks to them without a choice. But even if no eyes should see, These words that flowed so effortlessly, I'll still keep writing, line by line, For the love of words and the joy they bring.

Love!

A Poem About LOVE! Oh love, that capricious, mercurial emotion, A maelstrom of feelings, a nebula of devotion, An ineffable force that defies definition, A tempest that rages with no inhibition. It twists and turns, a labyrinthine maze, A Gordian knot that leaves us in a daze, It can be blissful and wondrous, or sorrowful and grim, But through it all, it remains love, in all its seraphic whim.
